## About the school

LAL Cape Town has been running since 1996 at 154 Main Road in Sea Point, a seafront suburb with a long promenade, halal restaurants and an established Muslim community. Its published nationality mix is the single most relevant number on this site: 45% of students are from Saudi Arabia, ahead of Brazil at 15% and France at 5%. In practice that means an arriving Saudi student will find Arabic-speaking classmates immediately — reassuring for a first trip, though worth weighing against how much it slows English immersion. General English is 20 lessons a week from about €355, falling to roughly €261 per week on a 24-week booking; intensive 30-lesson weeks start around €414.
